BEROS Hygiene Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the BEROS Hygiene Care mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile app to book cleaning and hygiene services in Singapore.

To provide our services, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account & Contact Information: Your email address, full name, and phone number when you register or create a profile.

  • Booking & Location Details: Your street address, unit number, postal code, and any special notes or photos you upload to schedule and complete a service.

  • Payment Information: All credit/debit card transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your financial or card details on our servers.

  • Device Data: Device tokens for push notifications (if you opt-in) to send you booking updates and reward alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly to:

  • Process, manage, and confirm your service bookings.

  • Authenticate your account via passwordless secure OTP.

  • Manage our referral program and track reward credits.

  • Send you automated email notifications and updates regarding your orders.

  • Improve our app's performance and customer support.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Secure Storage: Your session tokens are stored using your device’s secure native OS-level storage (iOS Keychain and Android Keystore).

  • Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We only share your details with essential third-party services necessary to run the app, such as Stripe for payment processing and our backend infrastructure.

4. Account Deletion & Your Rights

You retain full control over your data. You can update your profile or delete your account at any time directly through the Account > Profile section of the app. Deleting your account will permanently remove your user record from our database.
